These days it seems that most Chinese restaurants are buffets, but not Overseas. It is mainly a take out place, but there is limited seating inside. The food is terrific and the portion sizes are very reasonable compared to the cost. Two people can eat here with an appetizer for under $20.00. My personal favorite on the menu is their Hunan Beef Combination plate that comes with the entree, pork fried rice, and an eggroll.
They take cash and checks only, so don't bother trying to pay with a debit/credit card here. -

For years was the best of three Chinese places in Canton. Was better than many in Peoria. Sadly has turned to crap, in my estimation. Had been sliding for years, can get no lower. The special is cheap and the service is fast, but the food is blah.

I had Hot and Sour soup and Beef with Garlic Sauce (or something similar). The soup was bad as it was full of ginger. Why they put ginger in there is a mystery, as most others don't. The beef was OK. Nothing special here. It was reasonably fast and priced as I got it take out.

This was my first visit here. I ordered the General Taos chicken and the Beef with broccoli, both were combos that came with pork fried rice and and egg rolls. I also got the crab Rangoon. The total was about $23. There was no spice or seasoning either to the chicken or the beef. The pork fried rice was only orange colored rice with about 4 tiny cubes of pork per serving- nothing else. If I get a craving for Chinese again while visiting Canton, I'll try the other place or get something from the freezer section of the grocery store.
P.S. I usually love the leftovers from Chinese take out but the Beef with broccoli and rice was just gross the next day. I gave it 2 stars instead of only 1 because of the limited menu items tried. -

We've eaten here twice since I moved here 2 mos ago. I got orange chicken the first time and broccoli with beef the second time. It was good, not the best I've ever eaten but it was pretty good. Very expensive though! Even with getting meal deals. We fed four people for $53.00. There's another place here in town, that with every $20 spent they give you a free appetizer. These guys just give you a bag of their donuts with a big order. Overall not a bad little place.
